Nature of Requirements:
ULTRA LOW SULPHUR DIESEL # 1
REQUIREMENT:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Oragnization - Agreement on Government Procurement on Internal
Trade (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
To supply as and when required 960,000 Litres of Diesel Fuel,
Type A-ULS, Operability Cloud Point -430C (P40 or P50) CAN/CGSB
3.517-2007 (latest issue),
Fuel is to be delivered by Tank Wagon into vessel at dock side
to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canadian Coast Guard
docks at Hay River, Fort Providence, Fort Simpson, Norman Wells
and Inuvik in the Northwest Territories.
The resulting Standing Offers will cover a two year period, May
10, 2013 to April 30, 2015. Fuel will only be ordered during
the summer months, from early May to end October.
COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:
The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this
procurement for deliveries to Norman Wells, and Inuvik,
Northwest Territories, where "deliveries to" means goods
delivered to, as and services performed in:
Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) and Gwich'in
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (GCLCA) for
deliveries to Inuvik; and
Sahtu Dene and Métis Comprehensive Land Claim
Agreement (SDMCLCA) for
deliveries to Norman Wells.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
