Full description

This procurement seeks to secure specialized and advance technical expertise to accelerate the advancement of Employment and Social Development Canada’s (ESDC) Innovation, Information & Technology Branch (IITB) Contributions Directorate with the capacity and skills to deliver IT Professional Services related to systems and to ESDC clients, and to facilitate sharing of knowledge and best practices within the Contributions Directorate.

Professional Services TBIPS Consultants, experts who have skill sets not available internally, will be working on the development, analysis, testing, project management, requirements gathering, and project delivery related activities.

Consultants will be required for the following IITB Business Systems and Innovation (BSI):

  • Project Life Cycle (PLC) team for CSGC system developments
  • Grants and Contributions Online System (GCOS) team for GC system developments
  • Learning team for system developments
