This Request for Standing Offer is to establish a Regional
Individual Standing Offer for the provision of various canteen
products, "on an as and when requested basis", for Correctional
Service Canada (CSC) located across Ontario, except the National
Capital Area, as listed in Annex C.
It is intended to result in the issue of a Regional Individual
Standing Offer with a term of one year, starting from the
Standing Offer issuance date.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.
There is a certification required by Request for Standing Offer
closing date for this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
