The PPSC requires the services of Qualified Suppliers (Standing Offer (SO) Holders), capable of delivering services nationally, to collect outstanding federal fines, including Criminal Code fines, surcharges and court costs ordered with the federal fine at sentencing, using appropriate collection methods, supplemented by the directives and guidelines outlined herein under Directive and Guidelines.
