Requirement:
Engineering (geotechnical and environmental) and prime consultant services are required, on as and when requested basis on roadway rehabilitation projects and also to a lesser extent, other Civil Work for Parks Canada Agency (PCA). Consulting services are required to assist PCA Project Managers, to provide a range of planning, inspection, investigation, design and construction supervision services, and possibly preparation of RFP’s for Design-build projects.
The scope of work will vary from project to project, but may include any combination of the services identified as basic services or additional services, including sub-consultant engineering and cost consulting services.
The proponent shall be an engineer, licensed or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by provincial or territorial law in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon Territory and Northwest Territory.
Project Timeline:
It is Parks Canada’s intention to issue up to two (2) Standing Offers, each for a period of five (5) years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer.
The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $15,000,000.00 (GST/HST Included).
Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called-up; PCA will place call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
