Full description

By means of this RFP, NRCan is seeking proposals from bidders to provide CanmetENERGY with data sets containing the hydrodynamic performance data for a model-scale horizontal axis river or tidal-current turbine(s) and for their geometrically similar full scaled version(s). The hydrodynamic performance data from the turbines shall be gathered from both laboratory and field tests, as described further in the RFP.

The period of the contract shall be from contract award date to March 31, 2014.
