CMHC is seeking a fully licensed and certified proponent to provide plumbing repair and maintenance services on an ‘as-requested’ basis, to CMHC managed properties on Granville Island. The term of this agreement is for 5 years. The value of this contract is not expected to exceed $750,000.00 CDN, including all applicable taxes over a five-year period. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 a.m. PST, on February 4, 2022.Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca.
