Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Consultant Services: HX700402 – Repair of Jetty NC, CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services: preparation of construction requirements and concept, site measurements, design development, construction documents, assistance during the tender call and construction phases for the repair of the Jetty NC at CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
A site visit will be offered during this solicitation for the following date time and location. It is highly recommended that Proponents attend this visit. Refer to RFAP for important details regarding the site visit.

Location: Meet at Rainbow Gate entrance, 5088 Provo Wallis Street, Dockyard, CFB Halifax, NS, B3K 5X5.

Proponents who do not pre-register will not be permitted access to the site(s). Provide the names, email addresses and phone numbers of the representatives attending the site visit.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
