The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid period to
January 14, 2014, 2PM, EST.
Amendment 001
The purpose of this amendment is to change the firm quantity.
Requirement:
To provide Canadian Heritage with Outdoor National Flag of
Canada (90 cm x 180 cm) in accordance with the Canadian
Standards Board (CGSB) Standard CAN/CGSB-98.1-2011.
Quantity (Delivery in Ottawa, Ontario):
Item 1: A firm quantity of 5,525 units to be delivered before
March 28, 2014.
Item 2 (Option 1): An estimated quantity of 27,500 units. The
option may be exercised before March 31, 2015.
Item 3 (Option 2): An estimated quantity of 27,500 units. The
option may be exercised before March 31, 2016.
Item 4 (Option 3): An estimated quantity of 27,500 units. The
option may be exercised before March 31, 2017.
Item 5 (Option 4): An estimated quantity of 27,500 units. The
option may be exercised before March 31, 2018.
Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
