This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes for the requirements indicated, previous RFSO number E60HL-250051-A dated March 17, 2025 with a closing of April 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM EDT, and previous RFSO number E60HL-250051-E dated March 03, 2026 with a closing of April 20, 2026 at 2:00PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous Request for Standing Offer. Requirement: National Master Standing Offers for Marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and-when-requested basis from date of issuance of standing offer up to and including May 31, 2027.
