Requirement to supply Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1), Automotive Diesel, and Automotive Gasoline, Naphtha, and Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oil.

Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to Sainte-Catherine, Bécancour, and Montreal Quebec, , for the 2026 Arctic Sealift.

This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to and services performed in Resolute Bay, Eureka, Naujaat / Repulse Bay, Kugluktuk, Coral Harbour and Alert, Nunavut.

Green Procurement - Environmentally Preferable Packaging Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is committed to promoting the procurement of environmentally preferable plastic products and the reduction of plastic packaging waste as per the Greening Government Strategy: A Government of Canada Directive, the Government of Canada actions on plastic waste in federal operations, and the Ocean Plastics Charter.
