Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has a procurement process for the construction of a new facility “Canada Revenue Agency Accommodation Facility”, or also known as ‘CRAAF’ in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice (APN) is to engage industry at an early stage in the procurement process and to inform potential suppliers of the upcoming requirement. This APN will highlight the Project objectives and outline the approach to the competitive procurement process to ensure a fair, open and transparent process. This will also allow industry to begin planning for the various requirements of this prominent project for Canada.
