This Opportunity is only for the qualified contractors that submitted a successful response during a recent Invitation to Qualify process that was publicly posted on SAP Ariba for all those interested.In general, Work under this contract consist of:Removal and replacement of sealant at exterior precast concrete panels, windows and curtain wall perimeters of specific building modules.Site of Work is at: Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC), located at 80 East White Hills Road, St. John’s, NL A1A 5J7.The Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC) is a Classified Federal Heritage Building. Care should be taken throughout the duration of the Work to prevent irreversible damage to the building. Should any accidental damage occur the Contractor must inform the Departmental Representative immediately.
