The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish National Master Standing Offers (NMSO) for the supply and delivery of DC fast charge Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) along with data services for the networked equipment. The NMSO does not include installation services.
The NMSO covers various locations across Canada, on an "as and when requested" basis, for a period of one (1) year from date of issuance with two (2) additional one year extensions.
The NMSO is available to the Identified Users across Canada, including locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
A maximum of 3 standing offers will be issued in each stream: PSAB and Non-PSAB.
Delivery Date: 03/04/2018
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
