Nature of Requirements:
This requirement is to acquire Advanced Exchange of four (4) Adaptive Flight Display Units, AFD-3010E, for Transport Canada (TC), Air Services Directorate (ASD).
Delivery is requested by April 07, 2021.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Bids can provide for partial quantities. Preference will be given to bids offering the requested quantity. Multiple contracts may result from this solicitation if necessary to acquire all four (4) units.
This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
