Transport Canada (TC), Air Services Directorate (ASD) has a requirement for repair or advance exchange of four (4) Adaptive Flight Display Units, AFD-3010E, Part No: 822-1753-488.
Bids can provide for partial quantities. Bidders may submit for Advanced Exchange and/or Repair.
The repair facility (if applicable) must be the OEM or an OEM authorized repair facility.
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price on an item by item basis for either Advanced Exchange or Repair will be recommended for award of a contract.
Multiple contracts may result from this solicitation if necessary to acquire all units.
