Full description

Recover and deliver to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Montreal at Saint-Hyacinthe for a necropsy (if the state of preservation and location of the carcasses allow it) or sample on site (if the state of preservation or the carcass location do not allow it) beluga carcasses stranded on the shores of the St. Lawrence Estuary from April 2019 to March 2022. Collect samples and collect data as prescribed in Annex A-1 and A -2 attached.
