Building C-29 Laundry Ventilation Upgrade, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan
Work of this Contract will include, but is not limited to the following at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan: the replacement of make-up air unit serving laundry area of building C-29 and related work as more fully described in the specifications and drawings.
Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $500,000.
Optional Site Visit: There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday July 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM (Saskatchewan time). Interested bidders must notify the Contracting Officer by emailing h••••••••@••••••••.••.ca on or before July 14, 2017 at 4:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) of their intent to attend the site visit. Full Legal name and company represented is required. If the contacting Officer has not been notified by the date and time stated, admittance may not be given at the site visit. Interested bidders are to meet/sign in at Building A03, Works Department/PWGSC Office, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, 2500 15th Street West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.
