ECSD is s is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and approved service providers to design, supply, implement, migrate, and support a comprehensive Enterprise Phone System Solution. The project involves migrating the ECSD's existing telephony services to a cloud-based platform that delivers reliable, secure, and seamless communication across the organization. The proposed solution must enhance communication capabilities, strengthen security, improve system management and visibility, and provide advanced call management, monitoring, and reporting functionalities. Proponents are expected to deliver a scalable, resilient, and high-performance enterprise telephony solution that supports the ECSD's current operational needs while accommodating future growth and evolving technology requirements. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
