The Edmonton Catholic Separate School Division (“ECSD”) is requesting proposals for the provision of all labor, materials and equipment required to perform Low Voltage Cabling services safely throughout the Division. Fully qualified, service orientated, low voltage technicians with expertise in providing low voltage cabling services are invited to enter into an agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Standing Offer Agreement (“SOA”). This SOA is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this SOA for acceptability and suitability, and may, but is not obligate to enter into an agreement for the purchase of goods and or services.
