The Province anticipates awarding up to two (2) Contracts for the provision of Technical Project Management Services described in this RFP. Each Proponent may submit only one proposed Resource. A Proponent may be awarded a maximum of one Contract under this RFP.
The role of the Contractor’s Resource under any resulting Contract will involve providing technical project management Services, acting as the technical project manager on an inflight agile, cloud software development project as well as several projects within the Digital Content Management and Delivery branch of the Curriculum, Career Education and Assessment Division. The technical project managers lead the planning and delivery of technical initiatives, with accountability for managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and cross-project coordination. The branch retains overall ownership of the project, including governance, funding oversight, scope control, and alignment with business objectives.
