AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME:
Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted byJuly 17, 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will not be accepted. This requirement is for PWGSC located at multiple buildings in Ottawa, Ontario to provide maintenance services on OVERHEAD DOORS, MAN GATES AND DOCK LEVELLERS in accordance with the Statement of Work. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. Security clearance is not required to attend. The site visit will be held on July 3, 2025 beginning at 10:00 EDT at 40 Elgin St, 181 Queen St, and 2 Rideau St, in that order. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than June 25, 2025 at 14:00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders are required to wear steel-toe boots/shoes. Bidders not doing so will be prohibited from attending.
