Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Correctional Service Canada (CORCAN), in Ottawa, Ontario, has
the requirement has a requirement to establish a National
Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of Metal
Components for Office Workstations, as specified in Annex A -
Purchase Description. This requirement supports CORCAN's mandate
in providing employment training and employability skills to
offenders in federal correctional institutions in support of the
social policy of the Government of Canada.

The requirement will be delivered to various CORCAN Institutions
namely: Springhill Institution, 330 McGee St., Springhill, Nova
Scotia B0M 1X0; Warkworth Institution, County Road #29,
Campbellford, Ontario K0L 1L0; Stoney Mountain Institution,
Highway # 7, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 3W8; Mission Institution,
8751 Stave Lake St., Mission, British Columbia V2V 4L8

Period of the Standing Offer:

The period of the NISO will be for a period of two (2) years
with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the NISO
for a period of four additional consecutive twenty-four (24)
month periods in accordance with all terms and conditions
detailed in the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document. The
products must be provided in accordance with the Requirement -
Purchase Description attached at Annex "A

Basis of Selection:

Canada will issue one Standing Offer to the offeror meeting all
mandatory criteria and with the lowest evaluated price.
