This is a tender call out for construction services to remove
all fungal contamination in 14 Crown Housing units at the
Forrest Park Housing Complex, Yellowknife, NT. The successful
contractor will be required to enter the crawl space of housing
units 998-1005 and units 1020-1025 and remove all traces of
fungal contamination from all ductwork, walls, dirt floors, oil
tanks, subfloors and joists. They will also be expected to
remove any compromised wooden members due to water damage and/or
wood rot accordingly. Once the work is completed the crawl space
will be air tested by a third party consultant to ensure all
contaminants have been removed. All work should be priced
according to the information provided in the specifications and
drawings. A site visit is not permissible at this time due to
previous mold remediation work.
