Nature of Requirements: Waste Removal from Service Pits, Regina, SK
The Contractor must supply all the labour, material tools equipment and supervision necessary for waste removal and cleaning of grease traps, floor pits, catch basins, etc. from various locations for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Regina, SK, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Proposal.
Period of the Contract:
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award for a period of four (4) years inclusive.
Optional Site Visit: April 12, 2017 at 10:00 am. Refer to amendment 003.
Security Requirement:
The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
