SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYSIS OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN CANADA (EXCLUDING CRUDE OIL)
The scope of this study will include the identification of class 3 flammable liquids (excluding crude oil) transported in Canada (all modes), all other DGs that support this supply chain, including by-products and waste products. Additionally, the project scope will include the locations of production, processing and refining facilities as well as the routes used to transport the DGs.
