Requirement:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires the supply and delivery of one (1) acoustic recorder to measure environmental and biological noise in Arctic coastal and offshore waters.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
