Requirement:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires the supply and delivery of three (3) acoustic recorders to measure environmental and biological noise in Arctic coastal and offshore waters.
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
