Parks Canada has a requirement for a vendor to provide a turn-key package for a trailer mounted mobile diesel generator for the purpose of emergency back-up electricity to operate the waste water system lift stations at Elk Island National Park located near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
