Public Works and Government Services has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for undertaking construction, alterations and urgent repair work, as and when required, in accordance with the specifications at Annex A at the following CSC institutions; Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert; Regional Psychiatric Centre, Saskatoon; and Willow Cree Healing Lodge, Duck Lake.
It is PWGSC's intention to authorize one (1) Standing Offer for a period of 3 years. It is to be noted that Canada is not obliged to exercise the option.
The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $420,000.00 (GST or HST included). Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $100,000.00 (GST or HST included). Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
