Work Description:
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary tools, equipment,
materials and labour to maintain, inspect, tests, provide
software updates and/or upgrades and service the elevating
devices described.

Equipment:
two passenger elevators, units 5095 and 5096
Mandatory Requirements:
Only bids from contractors whose name is on the applicable Lists
of Pre-qualified Elevator Maintenance Contractors for the
province or territory where the work is performed, for the type
of equipment listed herein will be considered for this
solicitation.
Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on December
11, 2013, at 10:00am, at the Oxford Building, 280 Victoria
Street, Prince George, BC V2L 4X3.
Delivery Date:
It is anticipated that the subject contract work shall commence
on March 1, 2014.
