For the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to
provide fall arrest equipment certification and maintenance services on an annual and as and when
requested basis forthe Department of National Defence, Winnipeg MB as detailed in the Statement of Work (attached hereto as Annex A). The period of the Contract will be a two (2) year period from dateof Contract Award with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract for three (3) additional consecutive one (1) year periods. The services must be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.
There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 3:00 pm, October 13, 2016 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive.
