Nature of Requirements:
Request for proposal to supply janitorial services (all inclusive hotel housekeeping services) for the Canadian Border Services Agency (College of Rigaud) as per the Statement of Work.
Contract period is one (1) year with four (4) individual optionalyears.
A MANDATORY VISIT will be held on November 9, 2016 at 10:00 am. Meeting point will be at the College of Rigaud at 475 chemin Grande-Ligne in Rigaud (QC), J0P 1P0.
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visitwill be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.
The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on the minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
