Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with
Peru/Colombia/Panama
Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No
Nature of Requirements:
Request for proposal to supply janitorial services for the
Department of National Defence, Valcartier Garrison, province of
Quebec as per the Statement of Work.

Contract period is two (2) years with three (3) individual
optional years.

Total estimate for the contract is more than 5,000,000, taxes
extra

Site Visit : There will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on
August 26, 2015 at 9:30 am. The meeting point will be at
parking lot nearby the gate house of Building 539 of the
Valcartier military base

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment and
their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any
clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
the minimum mandatory requirements, a numerical score for
operational criteria, qualitative and a financial analysis.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.
