Nature of Requirements:
Request for proposal to supply landscape maintenance for the
Nationale Battlefields Commission in Quebec City (QC) as per the
Service Request.
Contract period is for one (1) year with the possibility of four
(4) individual optional years.
A MANDATORY VISIT will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2014
at 10:00 am. The meeting point will be at la Maison de la
Découverte located at 835, Wilfrid-Laurier Avenue in Quebec
City, G1R 5H8.
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment and
their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any
clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.
Total estimate for the contract is between $500 001 and $1 000
000.
The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
the minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.
