Work under this standing offer includes the provision of all labour, equipment, tools, material, transportation and supervision required to repair, install and modify various piping systems on an "as required" basis for the Department of National Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.
It is anticipated that two firms with be issued standing offers, which will be issued on a proportional basis of 55% for the highest ranked offeror and 45% to the second highest ranked offeror.
The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.
