Maintenance of Gas Detection Systems
SECURITY REQUIREMENT
This request contains a security requirement.
SCOPE OF WORK :
This involves performing maintenance of Gas Detection Systems at the Sept-Iles airport.
PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT :
The period of the contract is from August 1st 2019 to July 31 2020 with possibility to extend the contract by up to three (3) additional one year periods.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement isn’t subject to the Trade Agreements.
EPOST CONNECT SERVICE:
This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT BID CLOSING DATE:
- Bidders must hold a valid organization security clearance;
- Bidders must have provided two confirmation letters demonstrating that they have previously performed similar projects in accordance with the requirements.
