Regional Individual Standing Offer for the Printing of Envelopes
This is a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the manufacture
and printing of three (3) different envelopes on an ''if and
when required basis'' for the Department of Citizenship and
Immigration Canada Case Processing Centre in Vegreville, Alberta.
The Standing Offer will be from the date of issuance to June 30,
2013 with the option to extend by two (2) periods of one (1)
year each.
The envelopes must be compatible with CIC's Pitney Bowes DI950
automatic folder/inserter machine.

tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than seven (7) calendar days before
the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date.
Basis of Selection
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer
with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for
issuance of a standing offer
This procurement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
