TITLE: National Defence custom-made Personnel Records Envelope
(CF 478 EDM & MTL)
OVERVIEW: The Department of National Defence has a requirement
for a contractor to provide the printing and finishing of
custom-made personnel record envelopes.
SCHEDULE: Delivery at destination on or before June, 2012.
Artwork will be available after April 16, 2012.
Proposed equivalents must be submitted for approval in writing
to the Contract Authority by March 29 midnight.
QUANTITIES: 110,010 personnel record envelopes
FINISHED SIZE: 15" width, 10" length, flap 15" width x 3-13/16"
length
DELIVERY: A quantity of 50,000 personnel record envelopes are
to be delivered to Edmonton and a quantity of 60,000 personnel
record envelopes are to be delivered to Montreal; 10 samples to
Ottawa
SELECTION CRITERIA: A bid must comply with all requirements of
the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive
bid with the lowest evaluated lot price will be recommended for
contract award.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The requirement is limited to Canadian
goods and/or services.
