Epcor - Request for Proposal - Building Condition Assessment (Substation)

EPCOR is seeking a Contractor to perform a comprehensive Building Condition Assessment (BCA) service for multiple EPCOR operated Substation facilities located in and around Edmonton AB
EPCOR makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the volume, quantity, or frequency of work that may be assigned under any resulting agreement.
EPCOR currently anticipates conducting building assessments for eight (8) substations over the next three (3) years. Additional assessments for other EPCOR owned and operated substations may be requested at EPCOR’s sole discretion during the term of the contract
The Successful Proponent shall enter a three (3) year agreement, with two (2) optional one (1) year extension terms. EPCOR, pursuant to which the Proponent shall provide Building Condition Assessments (BCA) for the full duration of the contract
