The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Directorate Soldier Systems Program Management (DSSPM) has requirements to purchase quantities of Naval Boarding Party Soft body Armour in order to replenish depot stock and satisfy outstanding and ongoing demands.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
