Scope of Work:
The scope of the project includes all (ITSM) IT Service Management infrastructure, services and interfaces to dependent applications, in all Global Affairs Canada development, testing and production environment, for various security domains (Protected A and Classified Secret), serving users in Canada and in 170+ missions worldwide across geographies and time zones.
