The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish National Master Standing Offers (NMSO) for the supply and delivery of Level l, Level ll and Level lll Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) along with data services for the networked equipment. The NMSO does not include installation services.
The NMSO covers various locations across Canada, on an as and when requested basis, for a period of one (1) year from date of issuance with two (2) additional one year extensions.
Suppliers may qualify for any of nine (9) regions identified below. Standing Offers will identify each applicable region that the supplier has qualified.
The NMSO is available to the Identified Users across Canada, including locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
There is a possibility that multiple Standing Offers will be issued in each stream: PSAB and Non-PSAB.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
