The RCMP requires two (2) Duplex Forensic Evidence Drying Cabinet, one (1) Heat and Humidity Chamber for Ninhydrin and DFO processing, three (3) Evidence Benches and one (1) matt Evidence Bench to be delivered to RCMP Moncton New Brunswick, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the RFP. The required delivery date is on or before June 30, 2015. The region of opportunity for this requirement is open to all.

INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Rosalee Parsons, r••••••••@••••••••.••.ca, facsimile: (902) 426-7136.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) Buy and Sell website. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the PWGSC Buy and Sell website. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

This procurement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
