Question: D5540C, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems -
Requirements (QAC Q)
In the performance of the Work described in the Contract, the
Contractor must comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 -
Quality management systems - Requirements, published by the
International Organization for Standardization (ISO), current
edition at date of submission of Contractor's bid. The
Contractor's quality management system must address each
requirement contained in the standard; however, the Contractor
is not required to be registered to the applicable standard.
Answer: The Contractor's quality management system must address

standard". I do not see a need for inspection by DND. Also this
contract is FCA and the tires will be picked up by DND at the
vendor or factory location.

Question: Regarding the subject solicitation number, would it be
possible to provide the aircraft type (T-37, CF18, etc)?
Obtaining the A/C type may be easier for you than the spec on
each tire.

Answer:
