Requirement:
Canada has a requirement to establish National or Regional Master Standing Offer(s) for the supply installation and testing of Commercial Fitness Equipment, in accordance with the specifications at Annex A, for use by the Department of National Defense on an "as and when requested" basis for a period from the date of issuance until March 31, 2017 with the option to extend for an additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.
This Standing Offer includes an initial order. Within 14 calendar days of Standing Offer issuance, the successful offeror will deliver, unpack, and set-up the equipment included in the initial order to the specified location. The offeror will ensure the equipment is working in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, will retrieve the packaging material and dispose of it at their premises.
