Nature of Requirements:
DND has a requirement for Aviator’s Breathing Oxygen Test Equipment. Initial delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 machine shipped to Gatineau, Quebec, followed by up to 5 more machines for various delivery locations. The RFP also includes training and preventive maintenance for up to 9 years.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The RFP includes Security clauses.
