Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

The National Defence of Canada wishes to obtain fitness equipment (Cardio machines and Strength training equipment) for the new sports complex of the Saint-Jean Garrison, Quebec.
All the specifications are detailled in the request for proposal document.
Delivery and installation of the equipment must be performed only from September 15, 2021.
