Scope of Work: To provide labour, equipment, tools, testing and
supervision necessary for the annual inspection, testing,
servicing (e.g. cleaning, adjustments and lubrication) of smoke
and fire dampers and ceiling fire stops. Also, to provide
annual inspection and certification of the fume hoods. All
services provided are be done is accordance with the scope of
work as detailed in the RFP. The services are required for one
(1) year from date of Contract award, with Canada retaining two
(2) one year option periods.
Location of the Work: Freshwater Institute facility at 501
University Crescent, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT), the Canada -Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), and
the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPTFA).
