ECCC is seeking to gather technical and economic data on commercial and industrial adhesives/sealants. This information will be used to identify VOC emissions reduction opportunities, as well as to assess possible economic impacts of future control measures.The period of the Contract is from date of award to March 31, 2023.This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 5000060430 dated August 3, 2021 with a closing of August 24, 2021 at 15:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
